Amanda graduated from University of Nebraska Medical Center in May 2014 with her
Bachelor of Science in Nursing. From there, she spent seven years in a medical-surgical intensive care unit. In May 2021, she received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is certified as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
