Denise graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1988. She received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2000. She is a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner by ANCC. She is a member of Nebraska Nurse Practitioners. She practiced gastroenterology for over 24 years prior to joining Gastroenterology Specialties in 2025.
