Vacation hours are awarded on the 91st day of employment for those employees who average 30 hours per week or more. Full time employees (40 hours per week) will receive 10 days of paid vacation per year during years 1-5 of employment. Employees in years 6+ receive 15 days per year.
Medical hours are awarded on the 91st day of employment for those employees who average 32 hours per week or more. Full time employees (40 hours per week) will accrue 5 days of paid medical leave and 1 discretionary day per year during year 1 of employment. Employees in years 2+ receive 10 days per year of medical leave and 2 discretionary days.
Parental Leave is offered to parents of a newly adopted child or for the birth of a biological child. 4 weeks of full pay will be granted for Parental Leave and the employee may use Vacation and Medical hours to supplement the additional weeks.
Bereavement Leave is offered in the event of the death of a family member.
Family and Medical Leave is up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave offered to employees who have been employed for one year and have worked 1250 hours within that year. FMLA can be used for employees or their family members who suffer a serious health condition or who are giving birth or adopting a child.

401K plan is offered to employees employed for at least 1 year and have worked 1,000 hours or more. Entry dates are January 1st and July 1st. Gastroenterology Specialties, PC contributes up to 12%. 8% automatic Pension contribution and an optional 4% match.
Paid Holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
